Afternoon tea in Bovina
1.Kusmi Love, just enough spice to keep us awake in front of the the fire.
2.Japanese ceramic pot with built in strainer, because at the end of the day tea balls are kind of a hassle.
3.Chai Wallah pot that I bought in a Patna metal market and hauled across the country back to the US. Despite the fact that it was a source of enormous amusement to every Indian person I met, it makes me happy every time I boil water (and that’s saying something)
4.Hand spun cups which keep the tea hot but are cool to the touch.
